I checked the Valdosta Daily Times and all I could find is the following
Obituary.

Larry Koutz, 55, of Valdosta died Tuesday, April 4, 2006, in the Savannah
Memorial Hospital. As per his wishes he will be cremated prior to the
visitation. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at
the Funeral Home. - Music Funeral Services.

Larry always brought lively conversation and laughter to the Ottawa flyin's.
He will truly be missed by the tandem wing pilots and builders.
