As you cannot see how to take it off, you must have the upgraded nose gear with the large alloy fork, which has an allen screw in one of the fork ends. Its on the side upper face on mine on the left side, Undo that and then gently tap with a drift on the centre axle and it should come out.
Yet another Tri Q in UK ? Where abouts are you based ?
