Jon can elaborate on his latest, but I put those captive nut type thingys
(sorry I don't know the proper description) that are held in place with
rivets. That way the unit can be installed without disassembly. However,
some ears for mounting would be one step better because in many cases you
can not get at the back side of the unit to insert screws.
