Re: Paul Fisher Flight East - Update

The Masal's are home with a cache of sourdough bread. Left OAK at 1:30 to PhX then on to HOU then to DAL by 10+ our time. Took a little wiggling around to avoid some full airplanes and I''m not sure we beat anyone flying their own but we had one terrific weekend.

Well Paul and Kevin gassed in Scotts Bluff about 45 minutes ago. They are enroute to Souix City or Alliance for an overnight. I don't think they are flying all the way home tonight.

Hey Jim,

No doubt, the APRS thing is very kewl. I suspect many of us will soon be
getting our ham license just for this purpose.

Look at it in different map views. It gives you a more accurate picture

I've been tracking Paul and Kevin as they head east. They are
currently
at 10,000' turning north at the edge of the Salt Lake B space doing

Earlier they were headed for Tahoe and looked like they possibly ran
into
some weather. After some manuvering, they changed course to take
them over
South Lake Tahoe and then to Carson City, Nv.
