This kit has been in dry storage since new and is complete less engine. The original invoice from Q-Aircraft of So. Cal. states it is Q2 package 1 and 2, including upholstery kit, and antennas. Also states this Q2 kit includes everything needed to build the complete aircraft including basic instruments. I did see the engine instruments, but did not see flight instruments.
