Thanks to all of you folks that responded to Dan's email.  So far we have 24 responses which includes 6 that have insurance.  Would sure like to have a larger sampling.  If you are thinking about participating, all I need now is a "yes".   Have already gathered some interesting information.  Of course, the results will be distributed to all.  I will assume that if you haven't responded by the end of the week, that you are opting out and I will start gathering/organizing info from the insured.
