Hi Jeff, Please send me an email at logistics_engineering@... if you need the original Chen Shin tires. I can help you. I posted a GPS pix a couple of years back in the files section showing 230 mph. I flutter tested N46JP to 240 mph during my initial flight phase and consistently fly it over 200 mph. The gross weight was set at 1320 lbs and I have flown it at that weight several times over the years. Once you determine if your plane was built correctly you should have no problems with flutter. In fact the faster a Q goes the smoother it becomes.
