I don't know about AutoCad LT, I have no experience with it, but my guess is that it would work. I think it does most of what Regular AutoCad will do except use LISP programming. I think it may be missing some 3D also, but that shouldn't matter with these drawings.

ACAD LT wouldn't work with the DXF which was suprising. Mines V3 and it pulled in the dxf but said there were errors in the file and crapped out. I do have V12 and V9 on another machine so I havn't tried those yet. It did work just fine in another viewer so the file is just fine.
