Re: View from the hangar

Ha! It’s not a competition. J    I find it interesting to see what is the norm for others.  Mike Dwyer for example – all that water and buildings – scary!!  Not long ago I tried to fly over Lake Tahoe and chickened out - had to turn towards the shore!!

Wow....that is tough to beat!   You guys are going to be so depressed when you see the lack of a view from my hangar.

Good stuff – great thing to have started Jay!!

Here’s the view out of my hangar this morning. It is monsoon season here in the high desert so some fun stuff up in the air that makes the flying even more fantastic!!

Much less scenic, but the air is thicker! (753MSL)

The "volleyball" five stories up is the National Weather Service's NEXRAD.

Hi All,

My plane is very happy to have bugs removed this morning, and to be looking out on familiar territory. I told some folks at the Summer-Fling about the peaceful view from my hangar, so I thought I would send a picture or two.
