I like the format Sam, its informal so allows people to relax, both the audience and the presenter.

If there is anything the audience think has been missed, they just need to ask.

Then, they can film (cell phone is fine and everyone seems to have one) the walk/talk around while addressing their interest as well as the standardized list of questions/topics.

Once they finish this, the cell phone video can be uploaded and then as you mentioned a ZOOM meeting for everyone to get feedback.
