If the foam is burned you still have an inside layer of glass.  You can clean it and sand it rough and then whet it out and slurry it with micro.  Then lay out some strips Clark foam that has been lightly whetted out also.   Then you might want to let it cure so you can shape it to contour before applying the outside cloth overlapping the existing glass on the fuselage.  Been there.

Preparing to determine the amount of heat and fire damage. Hopefully the foam will be fine. Just stood the fuselage on a frame that I bolted to the engine mounts.
