Coughlin Brake Mount Drawings
Michael Dunning
Sam,
Do you remember why you chose the external curves that you did on your version of the Coughlin brake mounts? I attempted to redraw your design in Fusion 360 but I didn't have all the dimensions I needed. Did you have to make your "Inside Bracket" smaller than the original Plate No. 1 for some reason? For now, I went with the original version from Q-talk 27 but it's missing some of the radii dimensions as well. Cut to fit, I suppose. At any rate, I think my original copy has the 1/8 inch graph lines still on it...will update when I learn more. -- -MD #2827 (still thinking about planning on visualizing how to finish building)

We're going to want all 40 minutes and more for the Q2.
I fortunately got the chance to crawl all over and in this ship a few weeks back. It is really really nice. Even got to watch it do a couple of circuits in the pattern.

Hey Dave, I would not find it offensive if a shot or two of one your canoes 'accidentally' got into the video!! :-)

Anyone can download them, and they are also still attached to the emails that were sent out. I just thought it would be nice to put them all in one place.

Thank you Sammy! Is there a way to load them onto the Field Of Dreams site? It probably involves Rachel though and I am not sure how busy she is.

Sam, My Q2 isn't in the hangar yet. Still in my garage. I guess I could move my Kasperwing on floats to the door and take a picture. My other Kasperwing is all disassembled for overhaul. John Hoxie He is no fool, who gives up what he can not keep, to gain what he can not loose -- Jim Elliot

Nice compilation, Sam. On second view, I think I like Lynn French’s best because there is a big storm in the distance reminding us all why we have a hangar!
