Wondering if there will be a technical program at FOD?. If so, perhaps we could ask Imraan to discuss this aerodynamic model which seems appropriate for central Oklahoma (and other locales in the midwest).

Re: Technical content for FOD?
He might! He's pretty busy trying to make Tenure though so there's that! I should have put you in charge of Technical Content as that is right up your alley!
I do like cowls off with discussion answers and questions. You can learn a lot from some of us "Old Builder/Flyers of which you are one Jay. I always enjoy hearing you discuss your TriQ 200+. I can't always keep up but at least I rubbed shoulder with you! Whoop whoop!
The weather is looking great albeit a bit warm during the day so wear layers and come looking for a great time!

Re: Tempest Spin On Adaptor
Sounds like a great idea! Then you can check the panel mount oil temp and compare it to the Westach. Just a side note the Westach may or may not be a terribly reliable instrument. They are built cheap so guys will buy them. At least that's what I hear around the airport.

Has anyone fitted a temp sensor to the 0200 Tempest Spin on filter assembly.
Is there a blanking plug that can be readily replaced with one? Rich T.
