Very slow flying tug needs to be designed for towing up hang gliders
Dear Q-Listers
I am a hang glider pilot and I love to be towed into the air by an
ultralight and released into a thermal. The problem with this is
that few people are prepared to buy the only purpose

Mountain States Report
Well, this is the very first Fly-in that I have ever put on where it has
snowed!
Thursday was gorgeous, 75 degree day, scattered evening clouds, hint of
mist over the airport after sunset.

Re: insurance (bad news)
Davie,
You will probably find in-flight hull insurance cost more than the
plane is worth. I was carrying hull insurance to cover fire and such when the
price was more reasonable but not

ignition (solid state) 503. I'm flying a single-ignition points 503, and I

Jerry,

The Q-1 is a really nice little birdy.
You'll enjoy it.
There are many engines one can choose as you have read.
Much depends on just what you want from from your bird,

I also carry a large umbrella liability policy, but it specifically excludes
aircraft so read the fine print. There are liability policies, however, that
are geared specifically for the aircraft
