A Swiss gentleman by the name of Rudi Brandenburger did a load test on a Q2 for the Swiss FAA.
He used to be a ground engineer for Swissair but I have lost contact with him now.

No, but it is heavier. The more micro put in the epoxy, the thicker the medium becomes and the harder it is to spread. More micro is easier to sand than less. The ability of the alcohol to evaporate

NO! The alcohol/micro/epoxy mix is very weak by design. It provides a good sanding surface to provide a super smooth base for your paint job.
Do not apply to the foam!

We did 2 or 3 layers at a time on the Cozy b/c it was a lot easier to control the resin on a flat surface (workbench) then transfer it to the wing on plastic and do final "attachment" with a stippling
