Does anybody know of a source for AN3 and AN4 bolts with with longer threads? Or other AN3 threaded hardware to make the pins for the elevators?

That is good advice Bruce, I was just hoping to have that parts on hand so I could shorten the down time but there is some conflict as to the actual size of these parts and there may be differences

I believe you are right about the ID being 1/4". I don't remember the OD. It would be to your advantage to pull things apart before you start. If you are using rulon it worked best for me to
