I do have the plans. It looks like the guy built it to the plans but for some reason has it way out of adjustment. Also I cannot figure why the controls are so stiff.When unhooked

Here in Australia, we do knots and mph and gph here for aircraft stuff, but kilometers/per hour (kph) and litres/hour (L/h) for motor vehicles.
You folk of course use US
