Larry,
One possible way is to insert it into a Word for Windows document. Word can
import DXF. If you want to scale it accurately, a low end CAD program which
reads DXF or DWG (both AutoCad formats)

Storage, Timing belt
I wouldn't fly with a stored timing belt just from the financial
standpoint. A couple of hours work and maybe $20 vs broken or stripped
belt... it's a no brainer. Put a new belt in it when you hang it

Are you trying to upload a useable drawing or just a image peeps can
use?
If you can export it to dxf or iges then almost every program should be
able to load it. If you want to have a good three view

Yes, my engine is still in a running "location". I am waiting to remove it
until I am convinced that I have done everything that I need to do to
preserve it.
