Re: help line squeeze bulb
Yes, I used it about 20 years ago when the Facet electric fuel pump stopped keeping up the header tank at altitude. I squeeze bulb pumped as I descended and around 3000 feet it started keeping up.

Anybody ever use their fuel line squeeze bulb in flight emergency? Anyone remove it from the system?

Re: Looking for Weishaar/Doyle LS1 canard info
It has been done a couple of times without shorting the WS. Brett & Ted Garber have one of them in fact theirs has the DF MKII landing gear.

Wacky question. Has anyone successfully built a DF canard and wing and affixed them to a Q? Shortening the WS I'm sure, if anyone has.

We took over the production of the TriQ kits from Scott a few years ago now. You can convert the gear to add the stops without to much hassle. The new gear is 11/4" verses the original 1" the smaller

Duane Swing designed the tri-gear conversion and the initial nose gear had no stops and it was found that it could cause the problems described. A new gear was later manufactured

My front gear doesn't have pivot stops other than the friction washers and Jesus nut. Is this a latter modification I missed? Does anyone have specs or pics? Thanks for the feedback

Re: FW: FAA Issues General Aviation Medical Rule
Interesting... we got an excess of AME's here in Florida, probably 10 within a 20 min drive. I don't think they will go away because they also do occupational medicine like truck drivers... $150
