I have fear flying behind an o200 at night. But night flying is dependent on a lot of thing. I wouldn’t consider flying over mountains at night but flying over a bunch of cornfields on a full moon

The West system was designed for encapsulating wood to make it impervious to rot. It has a lower softening point than EZ-Poxy which is important in structural applications.

You won't be looking at this gizmo. As you approach to land it will be beeping as you get to 20 feet up, a slow beep, 10 feet up faster beep, 1 foot up a steady beep tone. It will help

I am suggesting your developed method of repair is not appropriate for our aircraft.
A proper repair is to: Remove all paint and fairing to expose the damage. Remove damaged plies and core.
