Thanks Bruce,
Though still not too easy to make out, a sketch may be better. :-)

Cowl exit
Here you go Richard. When I finish painting it I will get a better picture. Maybe of both the old one and the new. If you magnify the pic and look at the dark area under the aft part of the cowl

Re: Cowl Exit Augmentation
Hi Bruce,
That sounds interesting, can you put some pictures up of it installed, when you do it, it will help me understand how it works ?

Cowl Exit Augmentation
I am finally finishing my cowl exit augmenter so I wanted to touch on a couple of things about it.
The fiberglass part in this picture lowers the exit below where the original hung. It not only opens

Corbin,
This is the LaRue Mod on my plane. The entire Airheart assembly floats so the pucks stay centered on the disc. Yours appears to be stock. Meaning that the Airheart assembly is fixed. Do you

Don't get me wrong, it was very tight, but we were able to get it not to rub.
Good luck!

That would certainly be an easy fix. These were the size on before and on the right side without issue. Nonetheless, I could look into the width difference between the two and go from

Re: Brake (Anvil) Rubbing Tire
Corbin,
I think the 5.00 x 5 tire size is half your trouble. The 4.00 x 5 would be narrower yielding more clearance from sidewall to caliper.
