Re: Covid19
I just found out that someone I knew from back in the late 1960s has passed away yesterday from COVID-19. So, that's the first, and I hope the only, person I know has been hit.

Gave my QAC original set to Phil when he bought my O-200 10 years ago. Not sure if he used them or not, but he might still have them.
Cheers,

Re: Socially Isolated Flight Report - I guess the hard way.
Bruce who is they? There is no regulation for part 91 that says I can not. My A&P AI said he would fill out a 337 even though I could just stick it on myself and make an entry in the log

I was at least one mile form the border. There are MOA’s and Restricted areas but no AIDZ just Mexico and you do not want to cross that.

0200 engine baffles
Does anyone have a set of QAC 0200 baffles you would part with. I’m redoing mine and thought I would ask before I start recreating pieces. Maybe someone that had installed a plenum and don’t need

He took her into the hospital here in Terre Haute on March 18 and she died on the 26th.

Thanks all.
Pat, I had plan "B" of ordering a sheet from the quickheads website if I had to go that far. Thanks though for your generous offer.

My thinking is that amount of difference will be insignificant. The fact that it matches the spar is a plus. The difference will be even less because of a little melt back from the hot wire as Bruce

Re: Plans Shrinkage
Checked BL-0 and BL-100 and compared to plans. Both are 1.5% longer in length. That's 3/16" longer @C.L. and 1/8" on the tip template. This measured from the front of spar to LE along the level line.

Re: Plans Shrinkage
What kind of percentage difference are you finding, Dustin? If it is not large, it is probably not worth worrying about. Just so the level lines are level.
Cheers,
Jay
