640 empty, 12 gal fuel = 72 lbs, 20 lb ballast, me = 174, so 906lb roughly.

Flight report
Beautiful day to day altho it started out at 60F which is 10 degrees below 0 for a Floridian...
So I had done some carb work, changed the oil, and new spark plugs and wanted to test em out.

So, a few questions.
Are you using auto gas cause that stuff seems to fowl plugs faster (black) than avgas.
Are the plugs black?
When you get back from a flight and your idling at say 800 RPM.

With my aircraft, if I lock the brakes and apply full throttle it'll go over on its nose.
