Corbin, if you’d be willing to share your scans it would save me some time. I intend to redraw mine in CAD before I build anything from them….

I believe I have them all scanned at a resolution to print large scale. Which one(s) are you needing?

I also have a full set. I can get them scanned 1 to 1 on a full sized scanner if there is a need. Which sheets are you specifically needing?
Cheers,
Jay

Large Appendix Sheets
Is the only remaining source of the large appendix sheets and airfoil templates the Q2 info package from Quickheads/Canardzone? Mine were "consumed" in the building

Eugen------ I think the main wing cores need to be glassed before flipping and then you join the aileron cores, and glass them,
At least that is how I remember it on my Dragonfly and Q200. I

Re: Re designed midspan elevator pivot
Jay,
In looking at the photo's & the data sheets for the nut plates, I'm wondering what size of stainless steel strap & nut plate did you use in your final version?

Re: Q1 - Main wing - Flip tabel
Yes it is the way to do this.. in the factory settings these types of tools are named "strongbacks". A stable frame of some kind to maintain the wing in construction or during moves to final join.

Get two of these or make your own from wood or metal.
It looks like they're just trying to get gravity to work with you instead of against.
If you can fixture, clamp, and vacuum bag well enough, I
