Hi Corbin, Take care if you are using stainless screws with standard anchor nuts and you use a power screwdriver. They can seize and damage the nut or the mounting rivets.

Hi Corbin, Looking at the Hardware section, HA, in the Aircraft Spruce and Specialty Co. catalog, you will find them under : Tinnerman countersunk washers. There are a few types to choose from.
