Has anyone tried articulating the sparrow strainer and using that as the trim? Hinging them to make them in-flight adjustable would just do Bruce's adjustment, without the trim springs.

I chose to make the panel out of fiberglass. By curvin g a lip over the top and on the bottom, it provides enough rigidity. Then I used wrinkle paint. Fiberglass makes it easy to modify the panel
