Hi Roger,
Assuming that cost is not a factor, I would have a hard time believing that
high-tech composites would not be the winner. However; that is only a
guess/opinion.

Re: Fuel valve
I have an Allen fuel in my "Tiny Canard" that's been there since 1996 with no maintenance and it still works really nicely. Cheaper than the Andair and works well.

From memory, the nearest valve on the ASS web page is the small one that you can also get in stainless steel (can't recall the number) but it is not identical to the CAV supplied in the kit.

Another interested party on fuel tank leaks...
Hi,
I'm new to the "club" and just bought a tri-Q200 from a guy in Houston. It
has a leaky main tank and that will be my first task. Point is, I'm also
VERY interested in this thread!

Hi Dan,

I installed my main tank per plans. Both header and main has never leaked. What is it you don't like about that setup?

Anyone have a good suggestion for a fuel shut-off that's maybe as nice as an
ANDAIR but maybe not so pricy?
Thanks!
