It would be nice to get more dampening in the tailspring, since too
much spring can cause the plane to bounce back and forth front to back
on the runway (during which time you're along for the ride).

Anhedral makes it less stable, but it was necessary to get the center high enough for a prop when the wheels were on the tips. Besides, it made it look sort of like an X-wing fighter. ;-).

in that with practice I think you could arrest a ground loop before it
