I'd use flox plus an AN4 bolt. The spring IS the shock mount.

Garmin 296
Hey all,
A friend mine wants to sell me his Garmin 296. He bought the unit at Oshkosh 2 summers ago. He offered it to me for $850. Is that a good ball park figure for the 296?
