Ron,
I have a completely stock system. When the main and header are full and
you accelerate or rotate, fuel in the header moves to the rear of the tank,
fills the down pipe which in turn

Q200 fuel vent
I reported to the group several weeks ago that I had 900 hours and no
problems with the stock fuel vent system. Should have kept my mouth shut. At a
nearby airport this W/E I filled all the tanks,

Steve the foam in the canard is styrene and also dissolves in fuel.

Mike you raise a good point. I get confused when folk talk of fitting a fuel pump to fix a problem which is caused by a faulty fuel vent design. Why not fix the fuel vent instead or as well as adding

The standard seems to be 1.5". All the flanges come with that size hole. The cheap bender does not keep the pipe diameter but do we really care? I'll never keep up with Sam anyway! I found

Congrats on your pipes Mike, what a deal! My steel ones have worked
great for years also. You may want to make some isolation dampners
(and attach to rear of engine) as the pipes leave the back of

I just read one of your emails about it cutting out at 1/2 throttle. That is because your jet is screwed in too far. Run it back out 4 turns and start there and see if it isn't

experience? Make sure you have 3/8” lines, starting at the header and
working toward the engine.

Well Guys ,
I did the flow test 5 times only to come out with the same results It
take 5 minutes and 5 sec to fill one gallon of gas, so with that said
I'm only getting just under 12 gph an hour.
