Re: Q1 Fuselage and Wing BL00
Hi Eugen,
Here are the relevant pages from the plans (Page 9-1 and 12-1). I have pulled out the parts that apply to your question. These should explain how the trimming and mounting should be done.

Re: Q1 Fuselage and Wing BL00
I interpreted it to mean the leading edge of the wing - the point farthest forward. So neither 0 nor 1, but in between them where the nose sticks out the farthest.
At least that's how I did it ~35

Q1 Fuselage and Wing BL00
Dear Q-Experts,
I have a short question about the assembly of fuselage and the Wing. Please find in the attachment a short cut from fuselage and the Wing BL00.
In the plans on Page 7-8 is a short note

Re: Plus and minus of main wing tips
I agree with Jay & Sam. I would like to change to more of a different wing tip but not worth the time. I had those designed in the early 90’s.
I think that I am going for wheel pants next.

Re: Plus and minus of main wing tips
Mike,
Be sure to consider how much down time you will have before changing anything. Then multiply that number by ten or maybe 100.

Re: Plus and minus of main wing tips
Looking for speed & performance? IMHO here are the biggies:
Engine cooling efficiency.
Wheel pant drag
Fairings & fillets
Engine & Propeller upgrades
Each category can fill a book, but it's all out

Re: Plus and minus of main wing tips
I would say that overall, it is not worth the effort of changing what you have. There is a lot of variation in speeds of Q200’s and I think wing tip shape is down at the bottom of the list in terms

Guys,
im soon to be a new owner of a standard configuration Q200. I’m wondering what everyone thinks about aerodynamic wing tips for speed and performance? Or if you think it’s to much work than

Re: progress
Mike--------- I have done some tests and gas, laquer thinner , paint thinnner, acetone will all eat the foam instantley.
Methal hydrate [ gasline antifreeze] does not seem to. Maybe if left

Re: progress
Sure like that video Sam and I like the presentation, you're a skilled communicator.
Judging from the reflection on the wing you got that pretty straight.
I've always been open to new ways of doing

Love Click- bonds but I do not like adhesive. Epoxies work well to hold them on.
