Hi Richard,
Yes the servo travel is affected by the reflexor, but the “brain” in the autopilot seems to figure that out, and I am not adjusting the reflexor too much when the AP is on anyway.

Still poking along on the Q200. Managed to remake a Q200 cowl to accept a 2.5 turbocharged Subaru. Ended up using a 13 inch spinner.
