Ed I don't read the tufts moving inboard together as a sign that air is leaking through the outboard elevator/ canard gap. I don't know why they do this just yet. Larry

James, This mod is simple to make. I took the 8 12" x 11" La Rue drawing from Quick Talk and blew it up on a copy machine to the dimensions called out. Cut the pieces out and put it together.
