Humbly suggest pre-manufactured carbon fiber sandwich foam panel.
Then send it to your CAD cutter again.
Lighter, stiffer, and crumbly upon head impact.

All of the panels I have made have a blunt bottom edge, 3/4 inch or so perpendicular to the panel. Just to limit injury in a crash.

Accessing the pedals is very easy for me because I have a good friend (he’s also an A&P) that is conveniently sized for the Q. He fits in tiny spots quite easily. Of course, if needed, this panel

I will stay with aluminum and either wrap it or spray in a medium to light gray to match the leather seats and side panels. Yes, the shop digitized it and used CAD. Not sure which model CNC. Same
