Somewhere in the archives is a modification for theLS1 sparred canard which is supposed to prevent the top skin from buckling atthe usual place.
From memory it was simply two or three short sparcaps

Props Inc props are typically a little coarser than stated. You may have ordered a prop that performs identical to your Culver prop. One way to fix this a bit is to cut the diameter of your new prop

Actually, I already did this when I replaced my rear wing a few years back. Since I was racing, I also wanted it a little stronger, so I added an additional ply. Take a look at the

Thanks for the link, exhaust looks great - I'm going to adopt something as close to that as I can make. The straight pipes were more of a "I want to hear it run" setup.
