All,
Finally got a major home project done and I'm ready to dig in on the repairs.
Bob Malechek has most of the engine, the crankcase is at Divco.

After talking with Kevin, the control flutter was actually the elevator scissor mechanism breaking free from the top of the canard. He did not want to initially modify the fuel tank for the elevator
