NO.
My Q200 with the engine at full power seems to lift off well below stall speed. Stall =67mph, lift off maybe 55MPH? I suspect that the engine blowing all that wind past the wing makes this

This is very bad and we are all very sorry Joseph. The good thing is that you are OK. The first flight of our Q200 was also exciting with it not wanting to fly away. We found that if you leave it

Re: Accident - N240JS
Gentlemen, Isn't this primarily due to the inherent Q2 design limitation of
canard lift
vs. rear wing lift denying the aircraft any climb capability in near-level
attitude at relatively
low speeds?

Very sad indeed. I'm glad you weren't seriously hurt. As Sam mentioned, when the time is right, we would certainly like to hear your thoughts on the Corvair engine mod.

Looks like a great little Q-1. Pictures do have a way of sometimes over
embellishing the favourable.
Try to find a high time 2 stroke airplane and its pilot. Talk to the pilot
about his experiences

I'm just starting to learn about Qs, but it looks to me like crankiness induced by lack of flying. May I suggest than instances like this are resolved via a sentence of writing everyone 2 flight

Good luck to you and so
