Re: rudder flutter. I had the original tailwheel setup where the motion to the rudder is passed from the redder pedals, to the cables, to the tailwheel, then from the tailwheel to the rudder bellcrank

Go slow. Allow yourself several cure cycles to get to the final installation. I have replaced about three canopies. Screws not needed. Cut the plexi with an abrasive Dremel wheel. Don't cut with a saw
