Possible fuselage damage
I’d do a bit more than Martin suggests. Find out if the depressions have delaminated from the foam. Tap test with a coin. If there is any doubt you will need to cut the glass around the depression, cl

Any Cannon Plug Experts Out There?
If more than one connector is used it is better to make it impossible to cross-connect them. Reversing gender, using different numbers of pins, mounting such that the cables cannot be connected wrong,

Good point, Troy. I have used circular connectors on many Velocity installs. They sure make engine removal simple. If you go that way give careful consideration to securing the cables to minimize vibr

Hi! I'm a new member and want to build a Q-200... probably from scratch
If the source code for Q2Analysis can be located I would be happy to work it into something that can be used on current devices. Rick Hole

Fuel tank failure after one week of testing!!! 😤
In my days with Velocity, the tanks (main tanks and header) were made with EZ poxy and further were coated with a fuel sealer, light grey in color, a two part product I can't remember the name. Veloci

I use a quarter coin held between thumb and index finger. Tap the edge of the coin lightly and note the sound. For orientation go outboard from the damaged area a foot or two for some test taps agains

You must do the tap test. The delam will be larger than what you can feel. I have done similar repairs oodles of times in my Velocity days. I have done repairs both by syringe injection and by cutting

That is clever. Does the amount of fuel change the footprint much? I am guessing to do it with half to 3/4 fuel unless you always top off before flight. Rick Hole
