You will have a powered pump unless you lose both batteries together. Separate CDI is preferable then, unless you are not charging the Aux battery in flight. Are you using Plasma 2 Plus or Plasma 3 ?

Have you not spilt your pumps supplies then? Main and standby batteries and busbars, and standby pump :-) You can split the system and still keep it light, single alt with link charge and bus isolatio

Are you running twin batteries? Can you have separate power feeds to the Dual Ignition system ? Rich T.
