Those with Light Speed Electronic Ignition...
You will have a powered pump unless you lose both batteries together. Separate CDI is preferable then, unless you are not charging the Aux battery in flight. Are you using Plasma 2 Plus or Plasma 3 ?

Have you not spilt your pumps supplies then? Main and standby batteries and busbars, and standby pump :-) You can split the system and still keep it light, single alt with link charge and bus isolatio
