Jon, read those back QTALKS, that bottom of the tailcone is a high pressure area according to a builder who has tried and you will get inflow not outflow.

Winglets look interesting (Hansen's in QTALK) but you have to wonder if they will change the lift distribution between the two airfoils such that you are plowing thru the air and giving up airspeed. S
