Well, This Will Made My Heart Sink ... Trying to repost with Pics
Robert, That patch of glass you showed that’s “not wetted out enough with dry spots” looks like the original inside layer of the factory fuselage shells. The factory shells were (apparently) not made

Delamination
Cody, I agree with the syringe/micro repair but I disagree with the procedure. Don’t just shoot micro down into the delaminated area. First, use a quarter to do the tap test and map out the delaminate

That must be a node where the bending energy was focused when the prop experienced resonance.

Q200 Prop
Michael makes an excellent point about comparisons between props. There is much, much more to props than just the diameter and pitch.

O-200 Exhaust ... Straight pipes or cross?
Robert, There is a minimum length requirement otherwise you’ll end up with warped exhaust valves from cyclic cooling. For estimating drag, a rule of thumb is to imagine each pipe extended 12-15 inches

O-200 Exhaust ... Straight pipes or cross?
Point of reference: A cold-call to Ly-Con about F1 horsepower several years ago resulted in a 1-1/2 hour discussion with their dyno technician. He told me that the O-200s on F1 racers produce about 16

Slow E-Z poxy or alternative?
EZ-87 is still available and is the slow hardener having a 5-hour pot life. EZ-84 is no longer available, but that was a low viscosity formulation for RTM (infusion). Last I checked, MGS was not avail
