David, I believe it was either .080 or .090. I sliced clear tubing, wrapped it around the spinner bulkhead and taped the two ends together with gray duct tape. Has worked well and does a great job. Ji

Larry, Build per plans. The dual mount on the shoulder straps are a confort thing but I've flown both types and don't like getting my neck cut by harnesses. Besides its unconfortable. IMHO. Regards Ji

X wind landings in a Q
Doug, When Brad and I returned from Oshkosh last year we landed at Wendover, UT. The runway was 120 degrees and the wind was blowing 170- 180 degrees at 38 gusting to 42. No problems (standard rudder)
