This was my Beautiful 60/66 Warnke. It had no carbon on the back. Maybe that’s why it cracked. Jim N46JP - Q200 Sent from Outer Space

Q200 Prop
Long read. Sorry for the confusion. When I was referring length and pitch of props for standard and pumped up 0200’s on a Q, I was using Bernie Warnke "Almost Constant Speed" and Craig Catto props for

Q200 Prop
This is pretty simple. A standard 0200 uses a 2 blade 60/66 to 60/70 prop for best performance . A pumped up 0200 uses a 2 blade 60/72 to absorb the added HP, which leaves about 9" of clearance with m

Q200 Prop
Robert, A 100 hp continental engine on a Q is optimized with a 60/70 Cato. The 118-120 hp continental version on a Q likes a 60/72 prop to absorb the additional power. Jim N45JP -Q200

Q200 Prop
Hi Corbin, You may have the gray Catto prop Mark Summers put on it with the larger 4” hub (tapered front hub). . If it's that one, I think it's a 60/70. What is the max RPM you can get from the engine

Forgot to mention, I have no secondary support holding my exhaust. It’s held on only by the springs. Jim N46JP Q200

Some Builders pupu’d the steel 4:1 exhaust but after 22 years and 1875 hours of “exhaustive testing” I can tell you it WORKS. I don’t know about the power pulses or the drag or the potential power los

Thanks for all the nice comments re: the AV30 install. Yes Jon, it’s pegged on the fun meter. 😊. I’m now looking for a black plastic plug to fill that fun meter hole. Jim N46JP

O-200 Exhaust ... Straight pipes or cross?
I've flown with a steel 4 into 1 exhaust for 22 years. I had the inside and outside coated with "Jet Hot" a couple times. No cracks. It works for me. Jim N46JP Q200

Kevin and Rick, Per Uavonix install manual, I used 22ga shielded wire with individual 2 amp. breakers. Each instrument draws .5-1.0 amps. Jim N46JP Q200
