Flight Report
Mike, Just curious how many times you have to pump the throttle to get your engine started and at what outside temperature? Mine requires none during the summer but 3-4 pumps when it’s 50F or below. J

Your Opinion
Mike, I have a carb temp sensor as well and agree with what you said. I think the cowl being so tight to the engine helps. Like I said, I’ve only experienced decent carb ice in my Q a couple times in

Your Opinion
Fellas, I’ve only had carb ice in my 0200A a couple times over 20 years of flight, which I found interesting. I typically do not use carb heat on landing (not a recommendation by me, your findings may

Hi Corbin, I would try it again tomorrow knowing same thing could happen. Be ready for it and try to get a better handle on how it’s happening. How much fluid do you have in the reservoir? Over fillin

Success with LSE Install
I second what Martin and others have said. You’re gonna love it. I’ve been flying with Dual Plasma 3 ‘s for 1500 hours now, having switched from Slick Mags. I didn’t like the idea of having to remove
