It was terrific seeing everyone at FOD. (and this was the biggest turnout I can remember--good work all!) FOD attendees will recall that I had an o-200 had an oil seep from the front case of the engin

I found this online. http://flywithsentry.com I haven't seen any in person yet. If it works out, it seems like a terrific option for IOS/Foreflight folks. I'd love if it connected to Avare for us Andr

RFI and/or RMI I don't know the difference
Glad to hear it was a success! Now we'll all be adding ferrite beads. RF can be a challenge with composite planes. Best, IF TriQ200 ~85 hrs

Thanks Jay. FS is usually a body-fixed reference. The axes and my experience may have complicated my reading, but I'm still interested in the mechanisms you're describing. I found it helpful to relate

Jay, I am missing the details (I knew I was missing good material at spring fling!) and may not have the full picture. I enjoy your usual aerodynamic analysis. What is causing the cg position change w

National Biplane Fly In!
I am game, this may help with my missing Spring Fling. Summer kicks off on June 21st. I will be very much looking forward to arguing with the biplane bouncer about our biplane status. IF -------------

Hi Jay, Just got back from chasing Bruce's RV around this weekend. Short version: A lateral angle in your pivot axis will indeed cause an off center behavior. I'm surprised it is too much to correct w

Wants to pull left? Probably because even airplanes are attracted to the Quickie Pilot. Try taxi-ing from the right seat like Jerry and it'll veer right! Congratulations! Hope to hear more about it in
