Q200 carbon spars

Damian I have the formula or recipe based on a detailed microscopic examination of my broken spar and average dimensions taken independantly from two spars. I was unable to purchase from the original US source as the supplier would not offer a price until he had a multiple order.I have lost that US contact. I have had a mandrel made and can supply spars made by a pro. spar maker. These spars are stroger than the original because the original are CF wrapped in eglasss and we use 100% CF.

I believe most of the spars were built by Larry Howell in Texas. This email address is a few years old, but may still work. laheze@....

Damian,

Check out Peter Harris's spars. The ones I saw were far superior to the originals in terms of strength and build quality. I had the benefit of being able to do a direct comparison, first hand.
