Cheng Shin Tires

I'm having a hard time locating any Cheng Shin 4.00-5 tires.  Anybody got a source.  Anybody found an exact replacement?  I did an eBay, Amazon, web search.  I don't want to be making new wheel pants.

I just went to ACS and they are indicating that both the 6 and 8 ply are available out of CA.

My wheel pants won't accommodate anything over 11".  Thanks for letting me know. J

Jerry those are not the same as the original tires.  They are only 11" tall instead of the 13" on the C154 tires.  I used  the ACS ones for a short time but removed them because of the weight, feel and they were not round (a problem with any Chen Shin tires.  Never had any problems with the original 4 ply C154's or the grey pair that I am running now.
